2. Heritage Fair

   1. Twenty people needed.
   2. Saturday, May 17, 2008;
      • First Shift: 8:30AM/9:00AM to 12:30PM
      • Second Shift: 12:30PM to 4:30PM
   3. San Leandro Library; 300 Estudillo Avenue
   4. Since this event is on the same day as Relay for Life, it’s preferred that you come if you do not go to Relay. However, since Relay for Life is a long event, you may skip part of it to come to the Heritage Fair. Please note that the gates at Relay for Life close at 10:00PM, so don’t get locked out!

3. Spring Carnival

   1. Tuesday, May 20, 2008; 1:00PM to 3:00PM
      
   2. Fundraising: Chocolate Fiesta
   3. We’re planning to sell everything with chocolate (cupcakes, strawberries, et cetera). If you have any ideas, please tell Karen Lalic, our new food director.

4. Boardwalk Trip

   1. Saturday, May 24, 3008
   2. For the top 20 members.
   3. Let Tina know if you may go or not.

5. Cherry Festival

   1. 16 people needed; 8 per shift.
